Recently, our brand new 100000 level sterile clean production workshop has been officially put into full process use. The entire set of stainless steel synthesis reaction tanks and automated packaging equipment have been put into operation simultaneously, comprehensively optimizing the entire process of beauty peptides from synthesis, purification to sterile packaging. The workshop strictly follows the production standards for cosmetic raw materials, and establishes independent production zones for anti-aging, brightening, and repairing beauty peptides to avoid cross contamination of raw materials. The laboratory is equipped with multiple liquid chromatography detectors, and each batch of beauty peptides has undergone triple testing for purity, activity, and impurities, and a complete quality inspection report has been issued. After the upgrade of the production line, the factory can simultaneously undertake two types of orders: small sample customization and mass production. The supply cycle is greatly shortened, providing stable and highly active beauty peptide raw materials for domestic and foreign skincare brands, and consolidating the standardized production strength of local beauty peptide factories.
